Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and all cab and tour bookings made with Hampi Cabs & Tourism. By using the website or making a booking you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

1. Bookings and confirmation

• A booking submitted on this website is a request. It is confirmed only when our team confirms it by call, SMS or WhatsApp.
• You must give a correct name and reachable mobile number. We may cancel bookings with false or unreachable contact details.
• The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old.

2. Fares and payment

• Fares shown on the website are estimates based on the trip type, vehicle and distance. The final fare is confirmed on call before the trip.
• Unless stated otherwise, fares include the driver's allowance. Tolls, parking, state permits and entry fees are billed at actuals.
• Outstation and rental trips are charged on the greater of the actual kilometres or the minimum kilometres for the trip type. Extra kilometres and hours are charged at the rates quoted at booking.
• Night driving (between 10 PM and 6 AM) may attract a night charge, which is told to you in advance.
• Advances are paid over UPI to the payee shown on the website. We never ask for your UPI PIN, OTP or card details — do not share them with anyone claiming to be us.
• Any balance is payable to the driver or to us by UPI or cash at the end of the trip.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations, date changes and refunds are handled under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

4. During the trip

• Please be ready at the pickup point on time. Waiting beyond 30 minutes may be charged or, for transfers, the booking may be treated as a no-show.
• Seating is limited to the vehicle's registered capacity. Luggage must fit safely in the boot or carrier.
• Smoking, alcohol and illegal substances are not allowed in the vehicle. The driver may end the trip if a passenger behaves in an unsafe or abusive way; no refund is due in that case.
• You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused by you or your group, beyond normal wear.
• The driver will follow traffic laws and may refuse requests that are unsafe, illegal or outside the booked route without a fare revision.
• Driving hours are planned for safety; very long days may need a night halt.

5. Tour packages

• Itineraries are a guide. Timings and the order of sightseeing may change because of weather, monument opening hours, festivals or road conditions.
• Hotels, guides, safaris and other services from third parties are subject to their own terms. Equivalent alternatives may be offered if a booked service is unavailable.
• Monument entry tickets, camera fees, meals and personal expenses are not included unless listed in the package.

6. Belongings

Please take care of your own belongings. We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle, but we will do our best to help recover them.

7. Limitation of liability

We take every reasonable care in providing our services. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by traffic, weather, breakdowns, road closures, strikes, acts of government or other events beyond our reasonable control. In any case our total liability for a booking is limited to the amount you paid for that booking. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

8. Use of this website

• Do not misuse the website: no automated or bulk submissions, fake bookings, attempts to access the admin area or interfere with the site's security. We may block access and report misuse to the authorities.
• Text, photos, logos and design on this website belong to Hampi Cabs & Tourism or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
• We try to keep information (fares, timings, travel guides) accurate but cannot guarantee it is always complete or current.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hosapete, Vijayanagara district, Karnataka.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force on the date you book applies to that booking.
